PALLETIZED FLOOR ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS

      Rhodes Systems International, Inc. (RSI, INC.) manufactures custom designed palletized floor assembly systems primarily

 for low production  assembly applications. Pallets can be staged and accumulated using our exclusive zero pressure close-

pack method. Pallets can carry heavy weight loads and range in custom sizes (large and small) to fit the application. Workers

 can walk on and around the parts on the pallets that when in close-pack position act as an entire ridge work deck moving

 platform.  Pallets can be delayed in work stations upon a variable dwell time. This feature is called "pallet upon demand" and

 can be controlled electrically with part identification (RFID) or simple push button or pallet flag controlled limit actuators. We
